Refund & Return Policy — Digital Membership

We want you to feel confident in your membership. If you decide the membership isn’t the right fit, you may request a refund within 10 days of your charge date, provided that no calls, sessions, or bookings have been scheduled under your account.

To request a refund, simply contact us at info@getschmoozy.com with your account information. Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Memberships are monthly and can be cancelled at any time prior to the next month's charge date - which you can find in your account!
